      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Uhm…it could happen during night, but I'm sure it cannot happen during the daylight, as the error is reporting 15:16 time. I'm also sure there is not a network error since at that time I'm able to access the database.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
