Hi All, Sorry if this is in the wrong spot. We have had a community edition of Alfresco 4 running as a test server while we prepare the business case to implement it as out RM solution. We noticed we had an issue and when we go to access the tag manager in the admin console, we get the following err

Well I have a more basic problem trying to follow the instructions in the post. I attempted to go to the support site to download generate_keystores.bat and it asks for a login ID. I need to register for the support site, but no where is there a direction on how to register to the site, it only provides a login or forgot your password. I've surfed around trying to find the site where I can register, but cannot seem to find one. Looking at the support options site, it appears that we will need to pay to have access to this download?

To access the support site you need to have an Enterprise subscription.
