You can create a secondary link to the files that you can follow.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If we were to automatically add permissions then we could expose documents the user did not intend to be seen ….&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I think you can add this behaviour via policies if you want it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Andy&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
