Check with what user your tomcat (or whatever app server you are using) is running and make sure this user has the proper permissions in /opt/bitnami/apps/alfresco/data/contentstore/&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
