Then send proper notification with email action.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Your action should be executed with Alfresco job or scheduled actions.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks Smicyk&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;From the " config\alfresco\extension\scheduled-action-services-context.xml.sample" &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I can see sampes code.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It can be usefull for a developer, in my case not wuch of programming background, but still trying out&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
