Hello,I'm new to Alfresco and frankly quite a bit confused with it. The guides feel rather lacking, documentation is spread all around the wiki, blogs and other sites, and I couldn't get some stuff to even compile.My goal is to create a custom DICOM model (ability to upload and display DICOM images)

Hi Gajo,

You should make use of the Transformation Service available in Alfresco to achieve your goal.
