      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Yes, this would work. An alternative would be to have your web site use CMIS to create the support request. Then you wouldn't have to write any new web scripts. If you go the CMIS route, your support request type will have to be a descendent of cm:content because CMIS can only create content instances that are of type cm:content or some child type.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Jeff&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks Jeff;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So I have my data list set up, at the moment the model has ' &amp;lt;parent&amp;gt;dl:dataListItem&amp;lt;/parent&amp;gt;'.&amp;nbsp; When I try to POST into cmis I get the error that POST is not accepted.&amp;nbsp; Is this because there is no cm:content?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
