How to Deploy alfresco war on Tomcat 6/ jBoss server...??

After doing all the customization in alfresco community 3.0 edition, i have got all three war files i.e.alfresco.warshare.warstudio.warNow, i want to to deploy these war files on some independent server, just like any other web application.What are the changes that require to make in the the server

But I have refer the post

How can I deploy alfresco.war on standalone apache/tomcat

but still didn't found any satiesfactory solution.
As in that perticular post only overview of the complete process has been provided.

I have made changes in css & jsp files available. And also made some changes in class file. So as customized accordingly & have the changed war file

But when I tried to deploy war on tomcat, i have made certain changes in shutdown.sh & so as some property files. But when i put war files in webapps folder of tomcat and try to start the server, war file started to deploy but when I open share on localhost in do not allow me to login. And alfresco explorer is not working at all.

I have made customization in alfresco & wants to deploy it on the standalone Tomcat/Apache or Jboss.

I would be very thankfull, if anybody can suggest me the solution or refer me the link where I can get the solution.
