If you are looking for a stable 3.4 build, you should be using 3.4.d.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regarding the failed invite, I've seen this in pre-4.0 releases when the outbound SMTP host was not configured or was configured incorrectly in alfresco-global.properties.
