Mimetype lost after local edition

If you have in your local folder a file and edit it, the changes will be uploaded to the site, but in this process the mimeytpe of the file will be lost.

Is there a question you wanted to ask? Or a point to make, if so its not very clear.

Well, I was just letting you know that there seems to be a bug related to Mimetypes.

As I'm not aware of the source code being yet opened for this project I didn't know if the usual issues.alfresco.com was the right place to register the bug, so I decided to let you know about it here.

I now see that there is a "Desktop sync" component available when creating a bug report, so I suppose that's where bugs are supposed to be reported.
