I don't know what happens, everything is configured, mysql_connector, .properties with database and port, the memory up in : JAVA_OPTS="-Xms1024m -Xmx1024m -XXermSize=256m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m -Dsun.rmi.dgc.client.gcInterval=3600000 -Dsun.rmi.dgc.server.gcInterval=3600000"however I have this error

I'm using the mysql-connector-java-5.0.jar
and the path for tomcat ej. /home/carlos/Servers/apache-tomcat-6.0.33

is necessary put the tomcat inside : alfresco-community-3.4.d.zip after to unzip this?

That error can be ignored, in future versions of Alfresco you will get a Warn instead of error. It happens because LIbreOffice hasn't implemented that function.
The errors about pdf2swf and convert can also be ignored for the moment, the are only needed when you need to do conversions. Your repository should start anyway.

Your error has to do with mysql. Do you have the innodb engine correctly setup? Do you have the correct version of jdbc? What version of mysql are you running?

yes I not realize that, ok my actual mysql connector is : mysql-connector-java-5.0.3.jar
I think should be changed!!
