Hi,

Try using :


#ldap.authentication.userNameFormat=uid=%s,ou=staff,dc=example,dc=com
ldap.authentication.userNameFormat=%s@example.com

Are you sure about your ldap.synchronization.userSearchBase ?

Using another tool like Softerra LDAP Browser (http://www.ldapadministrator.com/download.htm) could you verify your "ou" and "dc"
