Documents stored stored into a folder triggers workflow. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. Workflow assigns to group / queue based on metadata. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. Users of the group / queue review document and complete task. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;4. Workflow continues with process continues and stores / files the document in appropriate folder. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;5. Create a custom Alfresco API to query and return documents. This API can auto-generate the XML on the fly. Use this API for ingesting the documents into third party Apps. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We've done this solution with Ephesoft. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ainga&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
