      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I use MySQL(will be using postgresql) in future instance. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I created a script to backup the DM to another machine using rsync which runs daily at midnight, the steps are&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(1) stop the alfresco&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(2) dump the database &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(3) rsync the DB files to the backup server&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(4) rsync the alfresco install directory to the backup server&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(5) start the alfresco &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please try this procedure&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
