      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The account you created on the Alfresco Developer Portal is not the same thing as an Alfresco Cloud account. Those are two separate sets of credentials. So if you are writing an application that as a registered developer, you'll use your Alfresco Developer Portal to manage your application keys. Then, when you want to access Alfresco in the Cloud, the user running your application will grant access to your application using their Alfresco in the Cloud username and password.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are you using your Alfresco in the Cloud credentials on the grant page?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Jeff&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
