Sites list blank when trying to copy/move a file

Running Community 4.0d on x64 Linux.In Share, when copying/moving a file, the pop-up dialog doesn't list any other sites as a possible destination. I can get to another site if I navigate through the Repository to the other site's documentLibrary. We have multiple sites on our Share installation; n

Hi Keith

Does the user trying to move the documents have access to any other sites?

If the user is not a member of any other sites - or - listed as a contributor, then they will not see any other sites to move or copy to.
