Hi again!
I continued playing and I investigating and I founded a class that manage sites. This class uses a Hash Map where (I think) are listed all sites.
If I change again the name of the site to original problems are solved.
I have seen that if a change the name of a site from share, what is really changing is not the name of the folder, share changes the description of the folder. So now, i'm thinking sites are not indexed with lucene.

anyone could confirm this?

Thanks!
