Refresh the backup Solr indexes</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;(how to refresh Solr indexes?&nbsp; I've only found the lucene procedure online)</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>2. Backup the Postgresql database</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;pg_dump (which database/s to dump?&nbsp; or is pg_dumpall required to dump all databases?)</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>3. Backup the file system</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;(what directories in 4.0.d?&nbsp; the entire alf_data directory?&nbsp; is that safe with alfresco running?)</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>4.
