      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You should check &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;alfresco.log&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; file. There should be useful information in it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you can preview OpenOffice documents but not PDF, there might be an probleme with the PDF file. Did you try many PDFs from various sources ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Try converting a Word file into PDF with OpenOffice, import that PDF file to Alfresco and check if you can preview it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Charles Le Seac'h&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
