(Closed windows services alfrescoMySQL and alfrescoTomcat; there was no alfrescoOpenOffice service, tho OO does seem to be installed)</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>-I replaced the new alf_data directory with the one I had saved from the old installation, per restore directions.</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>-I tried to go to mysql to restore the old database without success:</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>—From command line&nbsp; C:\alfresco\mysql\bin&nbsp; mysql.exe -u root -p</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>—Get prompted for password. </SPAN><BR /><SPAN>—Then this error message:&nbsp; "ERROR 2003 &lt;HY000&gt;: Can't connect to mysql server on localhost. (error 10061)"</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>I think I'm following the instructions for how to restore.
