It would be useful to have a little more information about the nature of your website. How many page types are there? For a common page type what is a typical set of WQS API calls that are being used to render it? What version of Alfresco is being used in this comparison? I'm very interested in gaining a better understanding of what you're doing to see what we can do to help.

Except navigations, they are using collections. The body content is using directive. The current version of alfresco is 3.4.

It would be useful to have a little more information about the nature of your website.
