Disabling existing content types

Hi All,Im using alfresco3.4.1 and my business needs is to disable alfresco existing content types like Article & content and enable my own content types while uploading a content. can anyone help me out??Thanks,Sharma

Hi Sharma,

As long as you have already created and deployed your custom content models to Alfresco (NB: See http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Data_Dictionary_Guide#Step_by_Step_Model_Definition for a write-up on how to do this), you just have to tell Alfresco which types to display or not by modifying its Web Client settings.
