How can user see files after access?

Hi,When I define "Manage Space User" for a user,how can user see this file?Thanks

Once you add that user then it will be accessible to that user.
When he log in he will be able to see that document.

But I want to know how can user find it? user should be know file name and search it in Alfresco?

Well Yes Actually if you want to notify the user then you need to configure the rule on the space to notify the user who is invited on the space. That will send the mail to user along with the content name
