Is your database running and set up correcting in the alfresco-global.properties file? The end of your stack trace suggests a JDBC connectivity error of some sort.

I tried starting it. mysqldb.exe It did not start.

Actually I dont know the flow. Can u help me on this regard by providing some links where I can browse through…
