    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It looks like your email server is not running or accepting connections.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What are your email settings?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I suspect you have configured a test email message on startup set which will prevent alfresco startup in older versions of Alfresco.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;That doesn't explain what happened first but does account for the error that you have posted.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
