    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi sangara,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;as I can see in your attached log files, you deployed OpenWorkdesk Community Edition on an IBM WebSphere application server, but the OpenWorkdesk Community Edition is &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG style="color: #FF0000;"&gt;ONLY&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; supported on Apache Tomcat application servers.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Anyway, as far as I can see, this problem seems to be a library collision problem between OpenWorkdesk´s delivered libraries and the libraries coming with IBM WebSphere. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Try deploying OpenWorkdesk Community Edition on a Tomcat and please keep me up to date, if the problem exists there too.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
