    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I was able to install the reset-password-dialog.2.0.jar&amp;nbsp; file without any issue but when I tried using it, entering the email address, it says "No user found with e-mail address … " It cannot find any of my users.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It's working now. Im not using LDAP. I think this is also related on the SSL certificate because when I updated it, this one works.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
