I finally have Alfresco 40e up and running but some of the invites result in this error (about 1 in 10).Is this expected behavior?

Hi, Did you ever get a diagnosis we have the same problem the system works fine for 12 people but just 1 has a repeating problem. Users are spread across countries and far apart from the Server Manager. We have to conclude it is something that this User is doing with an Invitation to a new Site within the multiple Site setup. He had already logged in to other of our Alfresco sites and has even been able to login now to the latest new one in spite of the Invitation Process problem. Where and in what log files could we look to find what, if anything, the User might have been doing differently - or send them to you for help in diagnosis.

I have same problem on 4.2.c. Some cannot join site through invitation. other users can. there are no errors showing in catalina.out file. what is the problem?
