Hello,

What is your Alfresco / Tomcat configuration (Xmx start parameter)? How many items are you managing / processing in the webscript call? What were your actions before attempting the ZIP download? How are you running Alfresco (all in one vs. seperate servers)?
Usually, this is a sign of a non-optimal configuration, rather than technical issue of Alfresco?

I already managed to fix the problem by increasing the java memory size on Tomcat, increasing from default 512MB to 2GB.
