Enormous log file

I'm deploying Alfresco on JBoss 4.0 using JDK 1.5 and Mysql 4.1. When I try to deploy the alfresco.war I got pages and pages of really dense output that just never ends. It got up to 6GB's before I had to kill it. Here's a sample of some of the output.I haven't any idea what is happening here. A

You have got debug turned on by default for the whole Alfresco stack which as you've found out will produce a LOT of output.

Our JBoss bundle should be configured to have debug turned off. Are you using an exiting JBoss install?

If so, you'll need to add/change the following in <jboss>/server/default/conf/log4j.xml.

Towards the bottom of the file find the <root> section and change it to the following:

<root>
   <priority value="ERROR" />
   <appender-ref ref="CONSOLE"/>
   <appender-ref ref="FILE"/>
</root>‍‍‍‍‍

Yes, I am using an existing JBoss install.
