Tagging!!

HICan anyone tell me how to add a tag in share or explorer? I have found how to add a tag to a document but when I try and use the same tag for another document my tags don't show up in the list. It only lets me add new tags. ALso when in share and I select tags under the repository browser it on;

Hi,

To tag a document in Share navigate to "Document Library" select a document which should take you to the - "document details" page.
Click on "Edit Tags" under the Property Sheet [on right hand side].
This should take you the "Edit Properties" page for that document.
Click on "Select" under Tags section which brings up a new window where you can add new tags or you will have the option to select already existing tags.

If you need to manage your tags [view/edit] the other option is to navigate to "Admin Console" > "Tag Manager" .

Is there any way to view a list of tags in explorer?

Just in case anyone wanted to know it was a problem with Indexing.
Everything is now working as it should.
