What would you want the "integration" to do? If its similar to the integration with Sharepoint then whats wrong with using Alfresco instead?

I'm looking for similar information for MS Dynamics CRM. There is a pretty useful integration with SharePoint - CRM will create SP document libraries for entities when you create them in CRM, and gives you access to view, upload, check in/out, etc., documents in the library, directly from within the CRM user interface. As far as managing documents relating to a customer goes, this is exactly how it should be - directly available through the customer record in CRM, as well as through a document management system and technical integrations.

So my question is whether Alfresco implements (and supports) the interfaces necessary to behave just like SharePoint and integrate with MS CRM in the same way that SP does. See http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg334768.aspx.

one of the places that I have found really useful as far as integration of MS Dynamics with different ecommerce platforms with Dynamics AX is concerned is the use of CRM mobile apps like DynAX. You can find out more about it here: http://dynamics.folio3.com/dynamics-ax-sales-marketing-crm-app/
