HelloCan anyone tell me if there is a freeware addon anywhere for outlook that will allow us to add metadata from outlook. We are trying to get Alfresco taken up by staff members but an important issue to get around is when data can be saved from outlook and we can add meta data when saving. We have

I think you need to clarify your requirements.

Outlook is an email client, it does not normally process "metadata". First thing Are you using outlook as a client for alfresco since you also mention Alfresco Share?

No,
there no free MS Outlook plugin/addon that is able to store content within Alfresco incl. user specified meta-data.
But you can use Alfresco out-of-the box IMAP capabilities.

I´m looking for some plugin to sync my outlook calendar that means appoinments, mails etc.
a plugin or some method to do this some body help please???
