I am trying to get Alfresco running on a Windows Server 2008 64bit machine with SQL Server 2008 as the database. I updated the alfresco-global.properties in shared/classes with the information found in
'>http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Database_Configuration
. Actually, followed all steps in the SQL Server example.

However, I still see that no objects have been created in the alfresco database. And, in the stdout has a long list of "Cannot resolve references to bean…" and "Cannot connect to WQS repository"

Please help me resolve these issues.

Thanks

If you're using Community, then we don't support closed-source databases such as SQL Server. Use PostgreSQL or MySQL instead.

If however you're an Enterprise customer then please contact support for assistance.

Thanks,
Mike
