    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello dranakan,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I was using the version 3.2r on XP it doesn't startup, so i decided to move to linux, and installed it on Ubuntu server 10.04. the system is running fine without the data from 3.2r.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;when i move the alf_data and the mysql data base it gives the errors that i posted here, that is the same that is happening on the XP machine.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i dont think its a mysql problem because when i try to launch Alfresco i receive a message that says "&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;mysqld: ready for connections.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;and the catalina shows the same information that i posted on &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG style="color: #0000FF;"&gt;catalina.log&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You haven't been posting enough detail to enable us to help you.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Equally the few details you are posting are not "alfresco" problems.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Have you become familiar with backing up and restoring a test environment?&amp;nbsp; Can you move alfresco from one test box to another? &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;At some point you had a working alfresco instance of 3.3. You did something and now the database does not seem to start.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When you say "move" the database what exactly did you do?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Is the database actually running and has it got your data in it?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
