You can edit the template if you go into Company Home / Date Dictionary / IMAP Configs / Templates. Then open one of (or both of) the templates in your text editor to make changes. Its just an HTML document so standard HTML should work fine provided your email client can render it. We also used images, so we linked to images we placed in the Alfresco images folder.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
