I think in the task type name "tobwfBDReviewTask"
"" and "" creating problem. why do you require that?

what are you saying? that I shoudn't have quotes around the name? Or I should have single quotes?

In Jeff Potts example:

I was talking about the tags around the type name
but I think it is added just during typing to make it bold.
If not you need to remove that
