Custom content model issue

I deployed the same content model on different Alfresco instances (4CE and 4EE) and I have inconsistent results using the queries that try to retrieves documents with that type.It seems documents of that type are completely invisible to CMIS although using the CMIS workbench the new type is visible,

Please provide:
- Specific alfresco version, like Alfresco 4.0.d Community and 4.0.2 Enterprise
- The end point you are using, like http://localhost:8080/alfresco/cmisatom
- The specific version of Chemistry, like 0.7.0
- Your custom content model
- The query you are running

I'm no longer working on that project so now I can't reproduce the described behavior 😞
