Dear All,

We were trying to preview some uploaded video files in Alfresco share, however we have encountered the error "Document cannot be previewed". We are getting this message for all the video files formats(mp4,flv,avi,wav)..We are still analysing if this error is because of the "SWFtools and ImageMagics" are not installed in Alfresco environment/some configuration settings issues.

Let me know any other scenario that causes this error?

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated..

Regards,
Gokul.
