HI Robin,

You need to define form in share config for each task and the properties which you have declared in that form will be displaye in workflow page.

Yes i am able to view my custom properties in the workflow but i would like to remove the default workflow properties ie comments, description etc….
Please guide how to do the same in share UI

Hi Robin,

You should be able to do it by modification of forms in Share configuration. Can you paste your current form configuration and configuration of the type used in your workflow?
