      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;this configuration is not possible with a standard Alfresco installation. You would need to implement a custom component that pushes people out to LDAP and prepares the internal objects for the next synch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regards&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Axel&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is not possible via configuration:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BLOCKQUOTE class="jive-quote"&gt;when I add a user in Alfresco it is automatically added to LDAP.&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I don't have an example handy for pushing people out to LDAP as this is something that is barely ever done - it is an administrators nightmare to allow applications to manipulate the LDAP data structure(s).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regards&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Axel&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
