Hi,As the Subject says I'm new at Alfresco, so i have some questions and would appreciate some help from you guys.1 - Is there a limit on the number of Data List's that we can create?2 - Is there a limit on the number of folders in Document Library that we can create?Cheers

For all intents and purposes it's limited by your server hardware. In terms of practical limits, v3.4 Share is limited by default to 1000 items in one folder (but not limited on folder depth) - but this figure can be changed if required. You tend to hit UI limits then such as trying to navigate using the tree control.

Add the following to an alfresco-global.properties file in Tomcat/shared/classes/

# 
# Properties to limit resources spent on individual searches 
# 
# The maximum time spent pruning results 
system.acl.maxPermissionCheckTimeMillis=10000 
# The maximum number of results to perform permission checks against 
system.acl.maxPermissionChecks=1000 ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍

Increase the numbers to suit your system, bearing in mind you can't just magically up them to 99999999 and expect the system to be performant.
