Alfresco User Plans To Take Leave

Hi,If an Alfresco user is planning to take leave of absence from work for about month. Is it possible to re-direct his workflow tasks to another user using Alfresco or Share UI? Like in Documentum where that functionality is out-of-the-box.Kind regards.

Yes , it is quiet possible. you can reassign task to another alfresco user by clicking the Reassign Task button . Once you click the Reassign Task button, you will see the Reassign Task window as shown below. You can search for the users and reassign the task to an appropriate user.

In Documentum this following feature is out-of-the-box:

The user can set on his inbox if he is available for the workflow. So, if the user is going on leave, he can set "i am not available" and select somebody else for the tasks to be delegated. If any tasks come to his inbox, they will automatically get delegated to another user who is selected while setting "i m not available" by that out of office user.

I am looking for something similar (if it is available) without have to reassign tasks.
