Hello,

there is a parameter for the association.ftl control that triggers generation of a link to the target documents detail page - see the Form wiki page for the showTargetLink parameter.

Yes, you have to explicitly define forms for all document types as forms do not reflect type inheritence, i.e. a form of a sub type does not inherit the configuration of the parent type.
