Alfresco is scalable, it is enterprise solutions, I have been testing alfresco for few months now,
As an J2EE based application alfresco can cater to requests,but if you are asking exact no, I do not know

how can it store the files and for how long

File is stored in the file system, how long means answer is that it depends on your hardware requirement and document retention policy

ability to search and retrieve documents . how long it takes to do this.

Google type search, you can even customize your advance search options

how much types of document it can handle with and how many file type it can handle with

Did you mean Custom Type ?
About file type, please check all most all the file format, if you want to see Autocad files types, there are plugins available

I advice you to check, by installation and check in a document and see its seeing the MIME types you can select from

Not at the "same instant." No network can run two commands at the exact same time. But you probably don't mean that so the answer is that its limited only by your hardware and configuration.

2-the second thing how can it store the files and for how long . and if the storage is full how it can handle with this type of problems .does it accept another database from another storage and make them ones or else
Documents are stored for how long as you need them. If storage is full you add more storage or clear out unwanted stuff.

3-the ability to search and retrieve documents . how long it takes to do this .
Depends upon your query.

4-how much types of document it can handle with and how many file type it can handle with.
Alfresco can deal with any file type and is configured out of the box for approx 100.

Can I say that because that alfresco has in it's architecture the benefits of Relational database so we can add more storage devices when ever the storage has became full

can you please explain more to me . if someone want to check his file in the year 2030 and there is many users are in the system how can this happen ? by which way ?
