Marieke,

Using the same config than yours, it is working on my server by removing the server name from URL's like this

lotus.share.document.url=/share/page/site/{0}/document-details?nodeRef\={1}
lotus.share.folder.url=/share/page/site/{0}/documentlibrary\#path\={1}
lotus.share.site.url=/share/page/site/{0}/dashboard
