      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Applogies for not being complete clear - the test environment can be considered the same as the dev environment. As long as you licence the CPU(s) on the production system then that's fine.
