Nobody can help you without knowing what you're trying to achieve and what you've already tried. I suggest you start at the wiki and proceed from there.

Mike is right in that the wiki is loaded with useful information that will help you determine how you can use Alfresco for your individual / company objective. I found the wiki to be very helpful to a beginner.

Dear savithabhabhi,

I suggest if you want to create users and folders you will be able to do it from the share side. This is the basic stuff which took me forever.. let me know if you want any details on this.. thank you!
