After the initial 12 months, the meta-data should still remain in the live database (and thus searchable in Alfresco) but the file content has to be moved to an archive so that we reduce the storage costs. I am looking for an archival solution that will meet our business requirement and technical environment. </SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>How can this archival requirement be met? Is setting up an external file system as another content store and using scripts to apply aspect on old content on a daily basis a feasible solution?
