When I have enabled webdav in the client config xml I still have an issue opening a document for online editing. When I open from Windows Internet Explorer I get the following error from Word (as I'm opening a docx file):

The internet address 'http://servername:8080/alfrescotest (working Copy).Docx' is not valid.

It appears that there is a missing forward slash between alfresco and the filename test.

However when I try this with Firefox I just get a 404 even if I add the slash I thought might be missing.

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

-J

By opening you mean which link you are clicking?
One link will just open the document in browser.
One for inline editing.
For microsoft word I do not think there is OOTB support for inline editing.
